03 Regional packs, not forks

The site already reverse-geocodes the visitor. First visit picks the pack from location and browser language. The masthead switch overrides it and the choice is remembered on the account.

South Asia keeps every current example, Urdu and the modest default. Global carries the Western examples already used in the Halloween and EU campaigns.

A third pack is a new file, not a new build. The copy, the brand list and the hero photograph come from the pack; the tools underneath do not change.
